The 19th Edition of the Games of the Small States of Europe will be held in Malta. To commemorate this Event, MaltaPost shall issue a miniature sheet on Monday 29 May 2023. This new issue, bearing one stamp, will depict "PUKA", the official mascot of the 2023 Games. The name is a derivative of "lampuka", the dorado fish synonymous with the Maltese Islands. The Games will see the organization of a total of ten different sports held within eleven different venues between the 29 May and 3 June 2023. The sporting disciplines will consist of athletics, basketball, judo, rugby 7s, sailing, shooting, squash, swimming, table-tennis and tennis.
The new stamp, within the miniature sheet, measures 44 mm x 31 mm, with a comb perforation of 13.09 x 14.00 and bears the Maltese Cross watermark. The miniature sheet measures 120 mm x 80 mm and was produced in the offset process by Printex Ltd. The issue consists of 13,000 miniature sheets, each sheet bearing a stamp with denomination of €5.00. The illustrations used are courtesy of The Malta Olympic Committee.

F'Malta se ssir id-19-il Edizzjoni tal-Logħob tal-Istati Zgħar tal-Ewropa. Biex tfakkar dan l-avveniment, MaltaPost se toħroġ folja minjatura nhar it-Tnejn 29 ta' Mejju 2023. Din il-ħarġa filatelika ġdida, li tikkonsisti f'bolla waħda, se turi lil "PUKA", il-maskot uffiċjali ta' Malta 2023. L-isem huwa derivattiv tal kelma "lampuka", il ħuta li hija sinonima mal-Gżejjer Maltin. Il-Logħob se jikkonsisti f'total ta' għaxar sports differenti bejn id-29 ta' Mejju u t-3 ta' Ġunju 2023. Id-dixxiplini sportivi se jkunu l-atletika, il-basketball, il-judo, ir-rugby 7s, it-tbaħħir, l-isparar, l-isquash, l-għawm, it-table tennis u t-tennis.
Il-bolla l-ġdida, fil-folja minjatura, hija ta' daqs 44 mm x 31 mm, b'perforazzjoni ta' 13.09 x 14.00 u għandha "watermark" bis-salib ta' Malta. Il folja minjatura hija ta' daqs 120 mm x 80 mm u ġiet stampata minn Printex Limited bi proċess offset. Il-ħarġa tikkonsisti f'13,000 folja minjatura, u kull folja għandha bolla ta' denominazzjoni ta' €5.00. L-istampi li jidhru fil-folja minjatura huma kortesija tal-Kumitat Olimpiku Malti.
