MaltaPost has opened a new Post Office in SmartCity Malta in Kalkara. This Post Office is conveniently located in the heart of SmartCity Malta and will be offering its services to businesses operating within Smart City and also to the residents in Xgħajra and Kalkara.

All postal services will be available at this Post Office together with local and international money transfers, as well as a selection of high quality stationery. Besides this, the Post Office will be offering specific products to businesses which include scanning, binding and photocopy services.

The Head of MaltaPost's Retail Network Albert Gouder said that "The opening of this Post Office is part of MaltaPost's commitment to continuously increase the level of service offered through the retail network and facilitate access to postal and other services. We do this in order to offer a better customer experience to our clients. The Post Office has a smart and modern finish which is intended to provide a fresh experience to customers who visit us" SmartCity Malta, Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Tabone said that "Given the recent increase in occupancy of business partners at SmartCity Malta, the need for a postal service has long been felt. With the opening of this new Post Office, businesses operating within this community will now have an easier access to range of postal and bureau service.

The Post Office is located in: SmartCity Malta, Building SCM 01 Level G, Ricasoli, Kalkara and is open from Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 1.00pm and 1.30pm - 4.15pm. A new public letter box has been installed close to the entrance of Block 1 and mail will be collected after 7.00pm between Monday and Friday and after 3.00pm on Saturdays.
