On 27 November 2015, MaltaPost will issue a miniature sheet bearing one stamp with a face value of €3.00. The stamp will feature the CHOGM Malta 2015 logo against a background of flags of the Commonwealth nations. Malta will be hosting the Meeting in November 2015 - the second time in 10 years. The theme for the meeting is ‘Adding Global Value' which encourages the Commonwealth's governments and civil society to think about what unites the members and what they can achieve together.

Sean Cini of MaltaPost has designed the miniature sheet. The stamp measures 35mm x 35mm, with a perforation of 13.75 x 13.75 (comb.) bearing the Maltese Cross watermark while the sheet measures 84mm x 84mm. Printex Limited printed 20,000 miniature sheets in the offset process.
