As from Monday 10th July 2017, taxpayers will be able to settle their income tax dues and Social Security contributions at any of MaltaPost's 40 Post Offices around Malta and Gozo.

Customers who wish to settle an Inland Revenue Department bill may call at any Post Office to effect payment. Payments can be settled in either cash or by cheque. Accepted payments will include Income Tax, Final Settlement System Tax and Social Security Contributions as follows:

Provisional Tax
Social Security Contributions
Income Tax Dues
Tax Arrears
Part - Time Self-employed Income Tax
Part - Time Employment Income Tax
Final Settlement System (FSS) Income Tax
Payment of 15% Tax on Rental Income

The addition of this service provided from Post Offices will complement other similar bill payment services which include ARMS, GO, Melita, VAT Department, MEPA bills, Eco Tax, Sky Telecom and MCA Licences.
