MaltaPost p.l.c. will be participating in the 17th Maltex Philatelic Exhibition which is being organised by the Malta Philatelic Society and supported by MaltaPost. For this special event the Philatelic Bureau will be issuing an Occasion Card, a Postal Card, and Personalised Stamp/Cover.

The cards will be available in mint and cancelled condition as from Friday 21 October from the MaltaPost stand at the Maltex Exhibition, all Post Offices and from the Philatelic Bureau. A temporary letter box service will also be provided during the opening hours of the Exhibition. The cards and mail posted will be cancelled with the Maltex special handstamp inscribed Maltex 2016 21-23 October Catholic Institute - Floriana - Malta. The special hand stamp will carry the Logo of the Exhibition.

The Maltex 2016 Philatelic Exhibition will be held at the Catholic Institute, Floriana and will be open to the general public on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 October between 09.00 and 18.00 and on Sunday 23 October between 09.00 and 12.00.
