P.O. Box services for Individual Use

You will need: 

a) A certified copy of ID Card (Front and Back);

b) The ‘Application for the renting of a Private Delivery Box duly completed by the applicant; and/or

c) If required:-

  • The FORM of INDEMNITY (not in the name of the individual) duly completed, if the title of the PO Box is not in the name of the individual applying.
  • The PO Box Sharing form (Appendix C) duly completed as applicable. This is required if the individual is sharing a PO Box with an entity.
